Physical Products (e.g., artwork, prints, merchandise):

Returns:

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale.

Digital Products (e.g., downloadable art, files, or digital content)

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue (such as receiving the wrong file, download failure, or file corruption), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at harrisj1j@gmail.com

We’ll make every effort to correct the issue or, if necessary, provide a replacement file.
